After your consultation and measurement, custom products generally arrive within 2 to 4 weeks (specialty items like plantation shutters can take a bit longer since each panel is built to your exact window). Once your order is in, we schedule installation at a time that works for you, and our team handles everything — mounting, leveling, programming any motorized shades, and cleaning up before we leave.

Yes! We offer motorized blinds and shades that you can control with a remote, a smartphone app, or your voice through Amazon Alexa and Google Home. We do not offer general repair services for blinds, shades, or shutters from other manufacturers. Repair services are available only for products provided by Blinds by Design. Because different manufacturers use unique parts, construction methods, and specialized tools, we may not have the parts or equipment required to service products we did not provide. For a rough idea, measure the width of your window opening at the top, middle, and bottom, and the height at the left, center, and right — always in that order (width first, then height) and to the nearest 1/8 inch, using the smallest width and the longest height.
